This client primarily processes and sells peanut products, placing high demands on packaging precision, aesthetics, and production flexibility.
Due to the wide variety of products and their varying specifications, our customer required four granule packaging machines that can maintain high efficiency while allowing for the flexibility to adjust packaging size and functionality.
Order details
In this order, the customer clearly stated the following requirements:
- Voltage requirements: All machines require 220V/50Hz, single-phase power, facilitating direct access to local factories.
- Functional configuration: Each machine is equipped with round hole punching, date printing, and an air inlet, ensuring the packaging bags are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Specific machine models and parameters:
- The first granule packaging machine: The bag width is 8 cm, equipped with an additional 10 cm bag former. The bag length must be adjusted within the range of 12–18 cm.
- The second granule packaging machine: The bag width is 10 cm, with an adjustable length range of 12–18 cm.
- The third and fourth granule packaging machines: The bag width is 12cm, and the current bag length is 23.5cm. The customer requests an adjustable bag length within the 15-28cm range to accommodate future production needs.
Our customized solutions
Based on the customer’s needs, we recommended two SL-320 granule packaging machines and two SL-450 granule packaging machines.
To ensure the customer received the machines quickly, Taizy technical team quickly completed equipment parameter verification, punching mold design, date printing module, and inflation port installation, and conducted complete machine testing and commissioning.

The four granule pouch packing machines have been successfully shipped to Chile by sea. To ensure safe transportation, the machines were secured with iron frames and packed in wooden crates.
